OMS offers you:

  • 12 discounted packages:  Tailored specifically for service leavers (see all 12 detailed below)
  • Internationally recognised qualifications: All at Level 3 and above, allowing eligibility for funding
  • Flexibility in Dates: We run our courses throughout the year, so we can fit around your timescales and other commitments. As all of the packages are modular, you can split these up any way you wish, either sitting them all in one block, or spreading them out over a 12 month period.
  • Ex-Forces Trainers: Many of our trainers are ex-service personnel themselves, so they understand the challenges you are facing. Our senior NEBOSH trainer, Mark Grayson, explains the benefits of this: "I have really enjoyed delivering the range of NEBOSH training courses to service leavers, as I know what they are going through. I have been in their position, having served for 25 years in the RAF and so I now deliver the course content in a way that will address the delegate's concerns, on both the material and the exams, and can speak their language".
  • Our Specialism: Our ELCAS and CTP packages are designed to provide candidates with professional qualifications in Health and Safety and Environmental Management, with funding support through our accreditations with ELCAS, CTP and IEROC.
  • Funding Guidance: We have a vast of experience of guiding forces personnel through the funding process and can offer you support, information and practical advice on where you need to go. Our Training team will take you through the process step-by-step to ensure that you achieve your maximum level of funding, when you need it.

'After completing a number of Health and Safety courses with OMS, I can say that I would definitely recommend them to other service levers.  Their training facilities are excellent; all the instructors have a wealth of knowledge and practical experience that really comes across in their teaching.  Being an injured soldier OMS's flexible approach allowed me to fit the training around my medical requirements, which was really helpful.' Corporal Phil Taber.
